Profiling gene expression while maintaining information on tissue architecture requires high-plex spatial technologies.
This poster details a benchmarking study presented at the 2021 Advances in Genome Biology and Technology conference that used the Human Whole Transcriptome Atlas RNA panel for the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler to examine non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and kidney tissues. The study found that the panel, which covers 99.5 percent of protein-coding genes, can detect transcripts present at one copy per cell and is concordant with other platforms.
