This poster from IDT presents results from a study comparing liquid format AMP reagents to lyophilized reagents, finding them to exhibit parallel performance in creating libraries across a variety of input types, masses, and panel sizes.
Anchored multiplex PCR (AMP) assays VariantPlex-HT and FusionPlex-HT are amplicon-based next-generation sequencing workflows that identify genomic variations present in DNA or RNA input, respectively. AMP reagents are available in a lyophilized format which is user-friendly and convenient to store. However, lyophilized reagents are not suitable for automated liquid handling or high-throughput environments.
