The retail hiring market is still tight, and churn is still high. In fact, a recent report says “63% of frontline retail managers are thinking about quitting in the near future.” Additionally, inventory levels are out of balance, inflation is up and loyalty is less of a factor – 90% of consumers say they will continue to switch brands in their quest for value.
