When Covid-19 forced higher education to close in-person classes and move online, it felt like an earthquake, like something fundamental was changing. The pressure had been building for two decades, but 2020 was the year the fault line gave, and now here we are in the aftermath. Nearly every student, whether they wanted it or not, were forced into online learning environments. And the institutions were faced with an imminent crisis: adapt or perish.
